ABAW’s diaphragm rubber sheets are manufactured to BS2751 standard using a nitrile (NBR) compound coated over a 150gsm nylon cloth insertion. This combination delivers the outstanding oil and fuel resistance of nitrile rubber with the dimensional stability, tear resistance, and flexural endurance that only a nylon-reinforced construction can provide.
Diaphragm sheeting is specifically engineered for use in precision sealing, fluid control, and pressure regulation equipment – including industrial valves, pumps, compressors, accumulators, and pneumatic regulators. The nylon reinforcement prevents stretch and deformation under repeated pressure cycling, making these sheets reliable across thousands of flex cycles in demanding industrial environments.
